以总体国家安全观为指导提升领导干部底线思维能力是维护国家安全和社会稳定的现实需要,是面对复杂严峻安全形势的必然回应,是统筹安全稳定与改革发展的重要维度。领导干部要深入学习领会总体国家安全观的核心要义,守住各个领域的安全底线,并在坚守底线思维、活用底线思维和善用底线思维的过程中不断提升自身的底线思维能力,防范化解工作中的风险挑战。Improving the bottom line thinking ability of leading cadres under the guidance of the holistic view of national security is a practical need to maintain national security and social stability,an inevitable response to the complex and severe security situation,and an important dimension to coordinate security,stability and reform and development.Leading cadres should deeply study and understand the core meaning of the holistic view of national security,and keep the safety bottom line in all fields.And they should constantly improve their bottom line thinking ability in the process of sticking to the bottom line thinking,using the bottom line thinking flexibly and making good use of the bottom line thinking,so as to prevent and solve the risks and challenges in the work.
