 摘要
为了给花榈木人工造林选择优良种源提供参考,以贵州石阡、安徽黄山以及浙江永康等10个省内外花榈木种源种子为材料进行容器育苗试验,测定不同种源种子性状和当年生苗木生长性状,采用隶属函数综合评价法对各种源进行评价。结果表明,不同种源花榈木种子性状和苗生长指标均有极显著差异(p<0.01),种子长径、短径及千粒重变幅分别为:9.08~11.22 mm、7.54~9.07 mm、248.59~361.42 g;当年生苗木的苗高、地径、生物量、总根长及根尖数变幅分别为:7.87~16.87 cm、3.54~5.10 mm、1.140~4.660 g、293.46~600.80 cm、849~1129。对苗期生长表现的隶属函数综合评价排序为:6号种源>8号种源>7号种源>2号种源>9号种源>10号种源>5号种源>1号种源>4号种源>3号种源。初步评价出浙江临安种源为贵阳地区首选种源,贵州花溪种源、贵州凯里种源和贵州望谟种源综合表现次之,可作为备选种源。In order to provide the reference for selecting excellent Ormosia henryi provenances for artificial afforestation,the container seedling tests were carried out with the seeds from 10 O.henryi provenances from Shiqian of Guizhou,Huangshan of Anhui and Yongkang of Zhejiang in this paper.The seed traits of different provenances and the growth characteristics of current seedlings were determined,and the various provenances were comprehensively evaluated based on membership function analysis(MFA).The results showed that there were extremely significant(p<0.01)between seed traits and growth characteristics among these different O.henryi provenances,and variational amplitudes of major and minor axis of O.henryi seeds and 1000-seed weight were 9.08-11.22 mm,7.54-9.07 mm and 248.59-361.42 g respectively.In addition,the variation of seedling height,ground diameter,biomass,total root length and root tip number of current seedlings were 7.87-16.87 cm,3.54-5.10 mm,1.140-4.660 g,293.46-600.80 cm,849-1129 respectively.The comprehensive evaluation of seedling growth based on membership function analysis was ranked as follows No.6>No.8>No.7>No.2>No.9>No.10>No.5>No.1>No.4>No.3.According to preliminary evaluation,the Lin’an provenance from Zhejiang was the first choice for planting in Guiyang area,and the comprehensive performance of Huaxi provenance,Kaili provenance and Wangmo provenance from Guizhou was the second,which could be used as alternative provenance.
