基于数据挖掘分析公开专利中治疗瘰疬方剂的组方用药规律

 摘要
目的:深层挖掘治疗瘰疬的相关中医药专利的价值,分析用药规律。方法:采用IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0软件中的Apriori算法模块,进行频数分析、关联规则分析等。结果:检索到64条专利,选取28条专利进行综合分析,涉及中药182味,349频次。常用剂型有丸剂、外用膏剂、汤剂、胶囊剂等;用药频次较高的药物为清热药、化痰药、活血化瘀药等。药物关联组合支持度较高的有贝母-夏枯草、玄参-牡蛎、夏枯草-海藻等。结论:瘰疬的主要病因为肝郁脾虚、肺肾阴虚,主要证型为阴虚火旺、痰火互结,中后期多虚实夹杂,气阴两虚,或有瘀血,治疗瘰疬时注重疏肝解郁、理气健脾、清热解毒、行气化痰、软坚散结、补血活血等,对于中医临床治疗瘰疬具有一定的参考价值。Objective:To explore the value of patents related to traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for the treatment of scrofula and analyze the law of drug use.Method:Apriori algorithm module in IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 software was used for frequency analysis and association rules analysis.Result:28 patents were selected according to the standard of absorption and exclusion involving 182 traditional Chinese medicine and 349 frequencies.Common dosage forms were pills,external plasters,decoction,capsules,et al.The drugs with high frequency of use were as follows:heat-clearing drugs,phlegm-resolving drugs,blood-activating and stasis-removing drugs,et al.TCM association with higher support were fritillary-selfheal,figwort-oyster,selfheal-seaweed and so on.Conclusion:The main pathogeny of scrofula are liver depression with spleen deficiency,and yin deficiency of lung-kidney.The chief syndrome types are yin deficiency and fire hyperactivity,and phlegm and fire combination.In the middle and late stages of scrofula,deficiency-excess complicated syndromes are more common,and deficiency is mostly qi and yin deficiency,excess is mostly blood stasis.In the treatment of scrofula,they pay more attention to soothing the liver and relieving depression,regulating qi and strengthening the spleen,clearing away heat and toxin,promoting qi and resolving phlegm,softening hard and dispersing knot,tonifying blood and activating blood circulation.These have certain reference value for the clinical treatment of scrofula in the TCM.
