以CSSCI数据库及Web of Science数据库收录的关于高新技术企业发展问题的文献作为数据来源,运用CiteSpace软件分析该领域的核心研究机构、重点引文及研究热点演进。结果显示:与英文文献相比,中文文献的所属机构合作整体较少,合作网络较为落后;而研究热点方面,中文文献集中在科学创新、企业发展、创新绩效、人力资本、协作R&D网络等方面,英文文献则较为关注企业长期发展、双元性、技术管理、基础性研究等问题;两者都具有明显的时代特征。总体上来说,我国未来需要加强企业政策、人力资本与内部制度等方面的研究。The literature on the development of high-tech enterprises included in the CSSCI database and Web of Science database was used as the data source in this study.By using the CiteSpace,major research institutions,key citation and research hotspots in this field are analyzed.The results show that compared with English literature,Chinese literature′s affiliated institutions have less cooperation with each other and the cooperation network is relatively backward;while for research hotspots,Chinese literature focuses on scientific innovation,enterprise development,innovation performance,human capital,and collaborative R&D networks,etc.The English literature pays more attention to the long-term development of the company,duality,technical management,and basic research.Both have obvious characteristics of the times.China needs to strengthen research on corporate policies,human capital and internal systems in the future.
