Cr3+、Ni2+)改性NaY分子筛的吸附脱氮性能研究

摘要 采用离子交换法制备了Ni-Cr-Y分子筛吸附剂,分别以喹啉、吡啶、苯胺的正十二烷溶液作为模拟燃料进行了吸附脱氮研究。FT-IR分析表明,Cr-Ni-Y分子筛波数1147 cm-1处峰明显消失,且波数1024 cm-1峰与标准NaY分子筛相比发生了蓝移现象,可以判定Cr3+、Ni2+)交换到分子筛骨架上。XRD谱图比对结果说明改性后的NaY晶体结构和骨架并未改变。吸附实验结果表明:喹啉、吡啶、苯胺的最佳吸附温度分别为50℃、60℃、40℃,主要吸附方式为化学吸附;喹啉、吡啶、苯胺的最佳吸附时间分别为30 min、10 min、20 min,Cr-Ni-Y对吡啶和苯胺的吸附效果优于喹啉。 Ni-Cr-Y molecular sieve adsorbents,prepared by ion-exchange method,was used to adsorb nitrogen from model fuel containing quinoline,pyridine or Aniline in dodecane.The result of FT-IR suggested the peak disappeared at 1147 cm-1and the peak generated a blue shift at 1024 cm-1,indicating that Cr3+,Ni2+)had replaced Na+in the framework of NaY molecular sieve.XRD results show that modified crystal structure and molecular sieve of NaY skeleton have not changed.The absorption results showed that the adsorption effect of the quinoline,pyridine and aniline was better at 50℃,40℃and 60℃,and the main adsorption on Cr-Ni-Y molecular sieve was chemical adsorption.The adsorption effect of the quinolone,aniline and pyridine was better at 30 min,10 min and 20 min.The adsorption effect of Ni-Cr-Y molecular sieve pyridine and aniline was better than that of quinoline.
