摘要 睡眠质量下降严重影响人们日常生活,长期低质量睡眠会增加患精神疾病与生理疾病的风险。提出一种基于远程控制系统的多功能助眠床,利用远程控制系统对床体调控,调节后满足用户睡眠需求。相较于传统床垫,该助眠床集体态调节、软硬度调节、温度调节为一体,具备电控、机械双保险,使助眠更加科学、便捷、安全。利用SolidWorks构建三维模型进行运动仿真,并利用力学模型、ANSYS有限元分析软件验证了机构的可行性,根据要求进行了样机试制。该设备具有可操作性强、低成本、易维护、安全性佳、适用范围广、市场推广性佳等优点。 The decline in sleep quality has a serious impact on people's daily life.Long-term low-quality sleep will increase the risk of mental and physical diseases.This paper proposes a multifunctional sleep aid bed based on a remote-control system.This bed uses a remote-control system to adjust and control the bed body,which is more suitable for users'sleep needs after adjustment.Compared with traditional mattresses,the sleep aid bed has the functions of body adjustment,softness adjustment,and temperature adjustment.It also has double insurance of electric control and mechanical control,which makes sleep aid more scientific,convenient and safe.SolidWorks is used to build a 3D model for motion simulation.The mechanics model and ANSYS are used to verify the feasibility of the mechanism,and the prototype is built as required.The equipment has the advantages of strong operability,low cost,easy maintenance,high-level safety,wide application range,and high marketability.
