摘要 利用中国家庭金融调查(CHFS)2013年和2015年两轮调查数据,本文分析了农业补贴对农村家庭非农创业决策的影响及作用机制。研究发现:农业补贴对农村家庭非农创业有显著的抑制作用。相比"雇佣他人"型家庭非农创业,农业补贴对"包含自雇"型家庭非农创业抑制作用更为明显。在考虑了内生性问题后,农业补贴对家庭非农创业的负向影响仍具有稳健性。实证结果表明:农村家庭获得农业补贴金额每增加1%,选择非农创业的概率会降低6.42%,农业补贴对中青年家庭和粮食主产区家庭非农创业的负向影响更为明显;机制分析表明:农业补贴对家庭非农创业影响的作用机制主要是通过抑制土地流出和家庭非农就业,促进扩大土地经营规模,从而改变了家庭的农业生产决策,降低了家庭选择非农创业的概率。 based on the data of China Household Finance Survey(CHFS)from 2013 to 2015,this paper analyzes the impact of agricultural subsidies on decision-making of rural household non-agricultural entrepreneurship and its mechanism.The study found that agricultural subsidies have a significant inhibitory effect on household non-agricultural entrepreneurship,and the impact of agricultural subsidies on"self-employing"household non-agricultural entrepreneurship is bigger than that of"employing others"household non-agricultural entrepreneurship.After considering the endogenous nature,the negative impact of agricultural subsidies on household non-agricultural entrepreneurship is still robust.On average,the probability of choosing non-agricultural entrepreneurship will decrease by 6.42%for every 1%increase in the amount of agricultural subsidies that households receive.The sub-sample results show that agricultural subsidies have a more significant inhibitory effect on entrepreneurship decision-making of young and middle-aged households and households in major grain-producing areas.The mechanism analysis shows that the mechanism of the impact of agricultural subsidies on household non-agricultural entrepreneurship mainly includes restraining land transfer out and household non-agricultural employment,it promotes the expansion of land management scale,thus changing household agricultural production decision-making.It reduces the probability of households choosing non-agricultural entrepreneurship.
