摘要 建设“一带一路”沿线国家多语种、共享型经济管理信息数据库对于推进“一带一路”倡议具有特别重要的意义,而元数据标准是数据质量控制必不可少的保障。文章调研国际经济管理行业组织数据库和各国政府开放数据目前使用的元数据标准,基于数据库的资源建设目标,分析数据资源集合和数据资源内容不同的元数据标准需求,提出了“一带一路”数据库数据集核心元数据标准,并构建元数据标准体系框架,包含数据结构标准、数据值标准、数据内容标准、数据格式和技术交换标准四大类别,并对元数据标准体系的具体建设提出建议。 The construction of a multilingual and shared economic management database for countries along the Belt and Road is significant for advancing the Belt and Road Initiative.metadata standards are an indispensable guarantee for data quality control.This article investigates the metadata standards currently used by international economic management organizations and the open data of various governments.based on the resource construction goals of the database,this article analyzes the metadata standard requirements for data resource collection and data resource content,and proposes the core metadata standard of the database.The metadata standard system framework has four categories,including data structure standards,data value standards,data content standards,and data format/technical interchange standards.Finally,suggestions are made to promote the establishment of a metadata standard system adapted to the database.
