条纹病对不同抗性青稞品种生理特性的影响

摘要 【目的】本文研究了不同抗性青稞品种在条纹病发生过程中生理特性的变化。【方法】本文以抗病品种"昆仑14号"和感病品种"Z1141"为试验材料,测定了2品种条纹病发生过程中叶片感病严重度、可溶性蛋白含量、相对电导率、脯氨酸含量、丙二醛含量、相对叶绿素含量和叶绿素荧光特性的变化。【结果】接种处理初期,"Z1141"发病严重度显著高于"昆仑14号";"Z1141"可溶性蛋白显著降低,而"昆仑14号"显著升高;2品种相对电导率、脯氨酸、丙二醛含量都显著增加,但"昆仑14号"的增加幅度低于"Z1141";2品种叶片Fv/Fm、NPQ、F'q/F'v、Fq/F'm值均降低,但"昆仑14号"的Fv/Fm、NPQ与对照组差异不显著;"Z1141"的F'v/F'm显著降低,而"昆仑14号"显著升高。整个发病过程中,2品种相对叶绿素含量逐渐降低,与对照组相比,发病后期"Z1141"叶绿素含量降低幅度显著高于"昆仑14号"。【结论】在条纹病害发生时,尤其是发病初期,不同抗性的青稞品种为抵御病害胁迫会做出不同程度的生理响应,抗病性强的品种比抗病性弱的品种自我调控能力强。 【Objective】The present paper aimed to explore the changes of physiological characteristics in different stripe-resistant hulless barley during the occurrence of stripe disease.【Method】Two varieties with different diseased-resistance,the disease-resistant variety‘Kunlun14’and the disease-susceptible variety‘Z1141’were used to measure the changes of their disease severity,the soluble protein content,the relative electrical conductivity,the proline content,the malondialdehyde content,the relative chlorophyll content and chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics.【Result】The morbidity severity of‘Z1141’was significantly higher than that of‘Kunlun14’at the beginning of inoculation treatment.The leaf soluble protein of‘Z1141’was significantly decreased,while the‘Kunlun 14’was increased.The leaf relative conductivity,proline and malondialdehyde content of the two varieties were increased significantly,whereas the increase of‘Kunlun 14’was significantly lower than that of‘Z1141’.Fv/Fm,NPQ,F’q/F’v,F’q/Fm′were all decreased,while the Fv/Fm and NPQ of‘Kunlun 14’were not significantly different from those of the control group.The F’v/F’m of the‘Z1141’significantly decreased,while‘Kunlun14’was significantly increased.During the entire disease process,compared with the control group,the relative chlorophyll content of the leaves of the two varieties were gradually decreased,whereas the decrease of chlorophyll content of‘Z1141’was significantly higher than that of‘Kunlun 14’at the later stage of the disease.【Conclusion】The above results indicated that different resistant varieties would make different physiological responses to resist the stress of diseases,meanwhile the self-regulation ability of the resistant varieties were stronger than that of the disease-susceptible weak resistant varieties.
