摘要 融合创新改变了我国文化经济、文化产能的发展格局,为提升文化产业软实力带来了新的机遇。在新的发展形势下,加强传统文化、媒体科技、法律政策与文化产业的深度融合,有助于促进文化产业高质量发展,提升文化产业软实力,打造我国文化产业新格局。 "Integration and innovation"has changed many development patterns of China’s cultural economy and cultural production capacity,and brought new opportunities to enhance the soft power of cultural industry. Under the crisscross development of our country,we should strengthen the deep integration of traditional culture,media technology and legal policies,and promote the high-quality development of cultural industry,so as to enhance the soft power of cultural industry and create a new pattern of cultural industry in our country.
