不同风险因素对陕北白绒山羊布鲁氏菌病个体阳性率的影响

摘要 为了解不同风险因素对陕北白绒山羊布鲁氏菌病个体阳性率的影响,通过对陕北某9个市县的1138个白绒山羊养殖场、养殖户进行问卷调查,并结合所调查养殖场的34841份血液样本的血清学检测结果进行统计、单因素分析。结果显示,引种前不进行检疫与引种前进行检疫的养殖场,布鲁氏菌病的个体阳性率分别为2.61%和1.89%,差异显著(P<0.05);外来人员可以随意入场以及外来人员不可以随意入场的养殖场,布鲁氏菌病的个体阳性率分别为3.05%和1.63%,差异显著(P<0.05);同群饲养犬猫及不同群饲养犬猫的养殖场,布鲁氏菌病个体阳性率分别为3.1%和1.97%,差异显著(P<0.05);产羔地未进行消毒处理及产羔地进行消毒处理的养殖场布鲁氏菌病的个体阳性率分别为4.1%和1.85%,差异显著(P<0.05);饲养方式为完全放养、圈养兼放养、完全圈养的养殖场,布鲁氏菌病的个体阳性率分别为4.09%、2.43%、1.54%,其中完全圈养与圈养兼放养之间差异极显著(P<0.001)。结果表明,引种前是否进行检疫、外来人员是否可以随意入场、是否同群饲养犬猫、产羔地是否进行消毒处理以及饲养方式是影响陕北白绒山羊布鲁氏菌病流行重要的风险因素。 In or102der to investigate the effects of different risk factors on the individual positive rate of brucellosis in white Cashmere goats in northern Shaanxi,a questionnaire survey was conducted on 1138 white Cashmere goat farms and farmers in 9 cities and counties in northern Shaanxi,and the serological test results of 34841 blood samples from the field were statistically and univariately analyzed.The results showed that the individual positive rates of brucellosis were 2.61%and 1.89%in farms that were not quarantined before introduction and quarantined before introduction,respectively,with significant difference(P<0.05);foreigners were free to enter the field and foreigners that are not allowed to enter the farm at random,the individual positive rates of brucellosis were 3.05%and 1.63%,with significant difference(P<0.05);The individual positive rates of brucellosis were 3.1%and 1.97%in farms with and without dogs and cats,with significant difference(P<0.05);the individual positive rates of brucellosis in the farms without disinfection and with disinfection in the lambing area were respectively 4.1%and 1.85%,the difference is significant(P<0.05);the breeding methods were fully stocked,captive and stocked,and fully captive in farms,the individual positive rates of brucellosis were 4.09%,2.43%,and 1.54%,of which the difference between fully captive and captive-stocking is extremely significant(P<0.001).The results showed that whether quarantine was conducted before introduction,whether outsiders were allowed to enter the farms at random,whether dogs and cats were raised in the same group,whether the lambing area was disinfected,and the breeding methods all were the important risk factors for brucellosis epidemic in white Cashmere goats of northern Shaanxi.
