摘要 大学生实习是高校人才培养和培育大学生核心竞争力的重要实践教学环节之一。调研H大学520名参与过实习的大学生发现,大学生实习投入总体及各维度均处于中等水平,实习投入各维度差异不大,按得分高低排列依次是:心理调节、情感投入、努力质量、同事互动。不同性别、年级、实习生导师、实习时长的大学生实习投入水平存在差异。大学生实习投入处于中等水平的原因主要有:大学生对实习不重视、适应能力不佳、对实习单位归属感偏低、实习过程中产生了认知失调以及实习任务简单化、零碎化和缺乏吸引力。为提高大学生实习投入水平可从以下几个方面着手:大学生应注重心理调节;大学生应加大情感投入;提升大学生实习投入中的努力质量;发挥同事互动的积极作用;精选、安排具有吸引力的实习任务;鼓励和督促女大学生和高年级大学生增大实习投入;尽量配备实习单位导师;适当延长实习时间。 University students’internship is one of the important practical teaching links in the cultivation of talents and the core competitiveness of students.A survey of 520 university students’internship engagement found that the overall and all dimensions of internship engagement of college students were at the middle level,and the differences in each dimension were not significant.The survey was focused on finding psychological adjustment,emotional input,effort quality,and colleague interaction.There are differences in the level of students'internship input of different gender,grade,intern tutor,and internship duration.The reasons for the students'internship engagement are:the students'neglect of practice,poor adaptability,low sense of belonging to the internship units,cognitive disorder in the process of internship,simplification,fragmentation and lack of attraction of internship tasks.In order to improve the level of internship participation,it is necessary to pay attention to psychological adjustment,increase emotional input,improve the quality of efforts,and give full play to the positive role of colleagues’interaction.It further demands select and arrange attractive internship tasks,pay special attention to increasing the internship investment of female and senior college students,try to equip the tutor of the internship unit as much as possible,and internship time should be extended appropriately.
