一流学科建设的理性认知与行动策略——基于一流学科建设方案的考察

摘要 “一流学科”具有学术逻辑和实践策略的双重意蕴。综合关键词统计和语义分析方法考察59所一流学科建设高校的学科建设方案,发现在高校一流学科建设的理性认知方面,学科建设方案呈现出围绕“创新”“特色”“培养”“项目”和“科学”五个核心关键词组合的星形分布特征,表明方案虽然兼顾了学术理性和实践旨趣,但偏重于器物层面的价值而相对忽视了文化层面的意涵;而在一流学科建设行动策略方面,高校主要围绕大学基本职能从组织内部因素、外部技术因素和制度因素三方面着手谋划,呈现倚重外部资源输入和弱化内生动力的倾向;不同学科领域在一流学科建设理性认知的多样化与行动策略的同质化间存在脱节现象。当下我国一流学科建设应注重文化引领、强化自觉意识和坚持学科“自然生长”的发展逻辑。 First-class discipline has a double meaning of academic logic and practical strategy.Comprehensive keyword statistics and semantic analysis methods are used to investigate 59 first-class discipline construction plans in universities.The findings indicate that in terms of rational cognition of the first-class discipline construction in universities,the discipline construction plans presents homogenous policy focus with features of the combination of five core keywords:"innovation","distinguishing features","training","projects"and"science",which shows that the scheme takes into account both academic and scientific rationality.In the aspect of action strategy of first-class discipline construction,universities mainly focus on the basic functions of the institution from three aspects of internal factors,external technical factors and institutional factors,showing the tendency of relying on external resources input.There is a gap between the diversification of rational cognition and the homogeneity of action strategies among different disciplines in the field of first-class discipline construction.At present,China's first-class discipline construction should pay attention to cultural guidance,strengthen self-consciousness and adhere to the development logic of"natural growth"of discipline.
