核桃饼粕热解液与支化聚合物复合体系性能评价

摘要 为了进一步降低改性成本,提高植物蛋白基体系的胶接性能,首先对市售支化聚合物进行了端基接枝改性,然后将其与核桃饼粕热解液进行不同比例的复合,对比分析了改性前后支化聚合物与热解液复合体系的粘接强度变化,并利用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)对复合体系的固化特征进行了测试和分析。结果表明,接枝改性后支化聚合物的黏度由1325 mPa·s降至370 mPa·s,固体质量分数由50%升至58%,分子质量的分布由原来的参差不齐转变成了正态分布。支化聚合物的引入有利于复合体系固化特征温度的降低,意味着在相同条件下将形成更加牢固的交联体系,并且改性后支化聚合物的作用效果更加显著。顺纹杨木胶接制品粘接强度的变化进一步印证了改性支化聚合物在复合体系中的突出作用,特别是湿粘接强度可从未改性的0.19 MPa提升至1.00 MPa。 In order to further reduce the cost of modification and improve the bonding performance of the plant protein based system,the commercial branched polymer was firstly modified by replacing terminal groups,and then was blended with walnut meal pyrolysis liquid in different proportions.The bonding strength of the composite system with modified and non-modified branched polymer was compared and analyzed,and its curing characteristics were estimated and analyzed with difference scanning calorimeter(DSC).The results showed that the viscosity of modified branched polymer had decreased to 370 mPa•s from 1325 mPa•s and its solid content increased to 58%from 50%,and the molecular weight distribution had changed greatly from the original uneven to the normal distribution.The introduction of branched polymer was conducive to the reduction of curing characteristic temperature of composite system,which means that a stronger cross-linking system would be formed under the same conditions,and the modified branched polymer had more effects.The prominent function of modified branched polymer in the composite system was further proved by the change of bonding strength of poplar veneer,especially the wet bonding strength which could be increased from 0.19 MPa to 1.00 MPa.
