低温冷冻-超微粉碎洋蓟膳食纤维对肥胖小鼠减肥作用的研究

摘要 构建肥胖小鼠模型饲喂不同种类洋蓟膳食纤维,观察其对肥胖小鼠机体各项指标的影响。饲喂复合改性洋蓟膳食纤维组小鼠体重对比空白组小鼠体重显著降低15%,并且改善肥了胖小鼠血脂水平、腹腔脂肪细胞肿胀、脂肪细胞膜不完整、肝脏病变和炎性细胞增加等问题。肉眼观察发现饲喂复合改性洋蓟膳食纤维组小鼠的脂肪肝特征明显减轻,显微镜观察其肝脏细胞正常,排列整齐有序。研究为洋蓟膳食纤维的减肥作用提供了参考,有利于洋蓟保健作用的开发。 In this study,an obese mouse model was constructed,and different kinds of artichoke dietary fiber were fed to observe their effects on various indicators of obese mice.The weight of mice group fed the compound modified artichoke dietary fiber was significantly reduced by 15%compared with the blank group,and the fat levels of fat mice,swollen abdominal fat cells,incomplete fat cell membranes,liver disease and inflammatory cells increase and other issues were improved.Through visual inspection,it was found that the characteristics of fatty liver in mice fed the compound modified artichoke dietary fiber were significantly alleviated.Microscopic observation showed that the liver cells were normal and arranged in an orderly manner.It provided a theoretical basis for the fat-reducing effect of artichoke dietary fiber,which was beneficial to the development of artichoke health care.
