最新的研究成果,本论文的主要观点为Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of Grifola frondosa polysaccharide on functional dyspepsia (FD) and its related mechanism in rats with liver qi stagnation。 Methods: Sixty SD rats were randomly divided into a blank group, a model group, a positive drug group (domperidone group), a low-dose group, a middle-dose group, and a high-dose group of grifola frondosa polysaccharide, with 10 rats in each group。 Except the blank group, all the other groups adopted the "clip-tail irritability method" and the feeding method of hunger and satiety disorder to make FD rat model of liver qi stagnation。 After 4 weeks of continuous modeling, intragastric administration was performed for 14 days, and the experiment ended。 The status of rats in each group was observed, weight and food intake were recorded, gastric emptying rate and small intestinal propulsion rate were determined by methylene blue gavage, and the contents of substance P(SP) and motilin (MTL) in serum were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA)。 Results: Compared with the model group, the gastric emptying rate and small intestine propulsion rate of FD rats treated with grifola frondosa polysaccharide increased, and the serum SP and MTL content increased。 Compared with domperidone group, the serum SP and MTL levels in the high-dose grifola frondosa group showed no significant difference (P>0。05)。 Conclusion: Grifola frondosa polysaccharide has the effect of treating FD liver qi stagnation, and can increase the gastric emptying rate and small intestinal propulsion rate。 Its mechanism is closely related to increasing the secretion of substance P and MTL in serum of model rats。不知是否符合录用要求,望您批评与指正。
