摘要 [目的/意义]智能设备和智能技术赋能的智慧图书馆建设,有效地促进了个性化服务和适应性服务的发展,并使得二者加速融合,个性化适应性服务必然成为智慧图书馆服务的基本形式。[方法/过程]通过对个性化适应性服务发展现状的探讨,对个性化服务、适应性服务及差异化服务的异同和关系进行分析,并在此基础上,提出了个性化适应性服务的理念及要素,构建了个性化适应性服务的基本框架,探索了个性化适应性服务路径的推荐模型。[结果/结论]图书馆个性化适应性服务的要素包括用户的个性特点、行为表现、发展提升及适应性转变,其核心是一种技术赋能的有效服务方法,可以根据实时监测用户在个性特点、行为表现和发展提升方面的差异和变化,及时调整服务策略。个性化适应性服务路径可以从用户档案、用户模型、信息推荐和灵活服务环境4个方面来构建。 [Purpose/significance]Smart devices and smart technology-enabled wisdom library construction,effectively promote the development of personalized services and adaptive services,and make the two accelerate the integration of personalized adaptive services will inevitably become the basic form of wisdom library services.[Method/process]Through the discussion of the development status of personalized adaptive services,this paper analyzes the relationship between personalized services,adaptive services and differentiated services,proposes the concept and elements of personalized adaptive services,builds the basic framework of personalized adaptive services,and explores the recommended model of personalized adaptive service paths.[Result/conclusion]The elements of personalized adaptive service include user personality characteristics,behavioral performance,developmental improvement and adaptive transformation,which is a technology-enabled effective service method that can adjust service strategies based on real-time monitoring of the differences and changes in user personality characteristics,behavioral performance and developmental improvement.Personalized adaptive service paths can be built from four aspects:user profiles,user models,information recommendations and flexible service environments.
