摘要 赤峰市林西县红色文化史料厚重,在中国革命战略转移的特殊时期,是冀察热辽地区行政、军事、培训和宣传中心;是决定内蒙古人民走向解放的发声地;是第三次国内革命战争时期的热北根据地之一。在林西召开的冀察热辽第一次党代会,科学预见了解放战争形势,明确了冀察热辽地区党的建设、政权建设、民族工作的方针和任务,留下了大量的史料和遗物遗址。系统整理现存史料,充分利用现有遗物遗址资源,建设有鲜明地区特色的蒙冀辽地区革命斗争纪念馆、内蒙古民族自治纪念馆,传承红色文化基因,开发草原生态旅游资源,推进地方基层民主政治建设,巩固脱贫攻坚成果,助力乡村振兴。 Linxi County,Chifeng City,has rich resources of red culture.During the special period of the strategic shift of Chinese revolution,it used to be the administrative,military,training and propaganda center in Ji Cha Re Liao area,the voice that decides Inner Mongolia people to move toward liberation;It was one of the base areas in the north of JiChaRe Liao during the third Civil Revolutionary.the first Party Congress of Ji Cha Re Liao held in Linxi scientifically predicted the situation of the war of liberation and clarified the policies and tasks of party building,political power building and ethnic work in Ji Cha Re Liao,War with a large number of historical materials and relic sites left.After systematical sorting out the existing historical materials,we made full use of the existing relics and relics and constructed the Memorial Hall of Revolutionary Struggle in Mongolian-Ji-Liao Region and Memorial Hall of Inner Mongolia National Autonomous Region with distinct regional characteristics,to Inherit red cultural genes,develop grassland ecotourism resources,consolidate the achievements of overcoming poverty,promote the construction of local grass-roots democratic politics,and help rural revitalization to make new contributions.
