摘要 本文基于公立医院党建工作与人力资源管理的关系,深入探索了公立医院党建工作与人力资源管理工作深度融合的举措。新时代公立医院党建工作与人力资源管理工作深度融合要以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,准确领会和把握党中央关于党建工作和人力资源管理工作相关的方针政策和各项规定,坚持党建工作与人力资源管理工作有机融合相统一;要坚持党建工作和人力资源管理工作双向同步发力,步调一致,激励机制一致,精准力一致;要坚持以人为本,坚持以柔性教育引导为主,以刚性约束为辅,做好医院党建工作和人力资源管理工作的融合融通工作;要以考核评估为保障,从党建工作与人力资源管理工作对医院发展贡献的双重角度选拔和重用员工。 The paper explores the measures of deep integration of Party building and human resource management in public hospitals based on the relationship between Party building and human resource management in public hospitals.The deep integration of Party building and human resources management in public hospitals should be guided by Xi Jinping's new socialist ideology with China's characteristics.Adhere to the two-way synchronous development of Party building and human resource management,with consistent pace,incentive mechanism and accuracy.Adhere to people-oriented,flexible education and guidance,rigid constraints as a supplement,and do a good job in the integration of hospital party building and human resource management.It is necessary to select and reuse the staff from the dual perspective of the contribution of Party construction and human resource management to the development of the hospital.
