摘要 为探究寒地稗草对污水的净化效果,考察8种寒地稗草在不同浓度污水中的萌发和生长状况,并以长势较好浓度为依据进行水培试验,定期测定水体中TN、TP和氨氮。结果表明:(1)与对照相比,较低氮磷浓度促进稗草的萌发和生长,但对稗草根长影响不明显。(2)在TN、TP、氨氮分别为53.06、2.20、22.30 mg/L的水样中,8种稗草对TN、TP、氨氮的去除率分别为87.10%~91.81%、89.29%~96.73%、89.70%~95.76%,去除量分别为46.21~48.71、1.96~2.12、20.00~21.35 mg/L。Ⅰ号雁头稗、Ⅴ号稗子作为污水净化植物效果较好。 In order to explore the growth status and purification effect of barnyard grass in sewage,the germination and growth of 8 barnyard grass in different concentration sewage were investigated.Static hydroponics test was carried out based on the better growth concentration.The concentrations of TN,TP and ammonia nitrogen in sewage were measured regularly.The results showed that:(1)compared with the control,the germination rate,plant height and fresh weight of 8 barnyard grass were better in low concentration sewage than in high concentration sewage,but the difference of root length was not significant.(2)When TN,TP and ammonia nitrogen were 53.06,2.20,22.30 mg/L,the removal rates of TN,TP and ammonia nitrogen by 8 barnyard grass were 87.10%-91.81%,89.29%-96.73%and 89.70%-95.76%,and the removal amount were 46.21-48.71,1.96-2.12,20.00-21.35 mg/L,respectively.NumberⅠandⅤbarnyard grass had better purification effect on sewage.
