洪洞县麦田土壤微量元素含量及其生物有效性分析

摘要 为了明确山西省洪洞县麦田土壤微量元素含量水平及其生物有效性,为当地小麦提质增效生产提供理论依据,研究根据洪洞县土壤类型、地形特征以及种植区划,采集当地麦田耕层(0~20 cm)土壤以及小麦籽粒样品,分析土壤和小麦籽粒中Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn 4种微量元素含量水平。结果表明,洪洞县麦田耕层土壤全量Cu、Zn、Fe和Mn含量平均值分别为31.76、91.68 mg/kg、3.56%和690.43 mg/kg,表现为Fe>Mn>Zn>Cu;有效态Cu、Zn、Fe和Mn含量分别为1.86、2.43、13.36、43.29 mg/kg,表现为Mn>Fe>Zn>Cu。4种微量元素全量含量分布总体表现为东南部相对较低,西北部相对较高,有效态含量分布则表现为西北部相对较低,中部和东南部相对较高。土壤微量元素的有效度表现为Mn>Cu>Zn>Fe。小麦籽粒中Cu、Zn、Fe和Mn含量分别为7.57、37.77、115.05、44.51 mg/kg,表现为Fe>Mn>Zn>Cu;小麦籽粒对4种微量元素的富集系数表现为Zn>Cu>Mn>Fe。总体上来说,山西省洪洞县麦田土壤微量元素含量总体比较丰富,全量含量整体呈现西北部高于东南部,有效态微量元素则呈现西北部低于东南部;小麦籽粒富含Fe元素,但小麦对土壤中Zn的吸收利用能力相对更强。 The objective of this study was to determine the content of trace elements and its bioavailability in the wheat field soil of Hongtong county,Shanxi province,and provide a theoretical basis for improving the quality and efficiency of local wheat production.In this study,according to soil types,topographic features and planting zoning of Hongtong county,the surface soil(0-20 cm)of wheat field and corresponding wheat grain samples were collected to analyze the contents of Cu,Zn,Fe and Mn in the soil and wheat grain.The results showed that the mean contents of total Cu,Zn,Fe and Mn in the surface soil were 31.76,91.68 mg/kg,3.56%and 690.43 mg/kg,respectively,showing as Fe>Mn>Zn>Cu.The mean contents of available Cu,Zn,Fe and Mn were 1.86,2.43,13.36,43.29 mg/kg,respectively,showing as Mn>Fe>Zn>Cu.The contents of the total trace elements in the northwest regions were generally higher than that in southeast regions,however,the contents of the available trace elements in the central and southeast regions were higher than that in the northwest regions.The effective rate of soil trace elements(the ratio of total to available trace element)showed as Mn>Cu>Zn>Fe.The contents of Cu,Zn,Fe and Mn in wheat grains were 7.57,37.77,115.05,44.51 mg/kg,respectively,which showed as Fe>Mn>Zn>Cu,the enrichment coefficients of four trace elements in wheat grains were Zn>Cu>Mn>Fe.Given the above,the contents of trace elements in the wheat soil of Hongdong county were rich,and the total contents of trace elements in the northwest were higher than that in the southeast,while the available trace elements in the northwest was lower than that in the southeast.Wheat grains was rich in Fe,but it showed a stronger ability to absorb and use Zn in soil.
