勺轮式排种器播种质量监测系统设计与试验

摘要 由于勺轮式播种质量监测系统存在监测精度差检测不准确的问题,基于勺轮式排种器结构特征,以PLC为核心控制器并结合人机交互、光电监测和霍尔效应等原理,设计了勺轮式播种质量监测软硬件系统,实现了对勺轮式玉米精密排种器播种质量进行实时监测的功能。试验结果表明:监测系统播种量监测精度为97.2%,漏播监测精度为85.0%,重播监测精度为88.1%,能避免大田播种复杂作业环境下出现的大面积、断条式漏播,以及重播、堵塞等情况,提高了勺轮式播种质量监测系统的精度。该项研究为勺轮式排种器播种质量监测系统研制提供了新的思路。 The seeding quality monitoring system for scoop wheel type was designed in order to solve the problems of low precision of seeding detection.The hardware and software system of the scoop-wheel seed quality monitoring was designed by PLC as the core controller based on the structural characteristics of the scoop-wheel seed metering device,which combined the principles of man-machine interaction,photoelectric monitoring and hall effect,etc.The test results showed that the qualification accuracy rate of the monitoring system is over 97.2%,miss seeding rate is over 85.0%,the re-seeding rate is over 88.1%,which can avoid reseeding and miss seeding in the complex working field environment.The research will provide a new research idea for the system of the scoop wheel seeding metering quality monitoring.
