残膜吸附实验台的设计与试验

摘要 云南地区农田残膜大多为人工回收,部分地区采用机具回收,但因地形特殊,多山多丘陵,现有机具残膜捡拾率较低且数量有限,影响工作进度,劳动力大量浪费。为此,设计了一种残膜吸附实验台,采用SolidWorks软件根据不同工作高度分3种情况进行三维建模、Comsol软件分析残膜吸附装置的最佳电势取值和最佳工作高度,并进行试验分析各项性能指标。试验结果显示:各项性能均达到要求,实验台可高效快速地进行残膜收集,且成本低、工作稳定、安全性高,填补了云南地区残膜吸附实验台的空缺。 Most of the farmland residual film in Yunnan area is manually recovered,and some areas use machinery to recover it.However,due to its special terrain and mountains and hills,the existing equipment has a low and limited pick-up rate of residual film,which affects work progress and wastes a lot of labor.To solve this problem,a residual film adsorption experimental bench is designed,and the design rationality is analyzed theoretically.Soildworks software performs three-dimensional modeling in three cases according to different working heights,Comsol software analyzes the best potential value and the best working height of the residual film adsorption device,and analyzes various performance indicators through experiments.The test results show that all performances meet the requirements,and the experimental platform can efficiently and quickly collect the residual film,and the cost is low,the work is stable,and the safety is high.To fill the vacancy of the residual film adsorption experimental bench in Yunnan.
