摘要 针对果园采摘作业平台自动化程度低、在升降调平和输送果箱过程中稳定性不高的问题,设计了一种新型果园采摘作业平台液压系统,提高了作业平台升降调平和输送果箱时的稳定性。为此,分析了作业平台的结构及工作原理,介绍了液压系统的组成和原理,计算确定了液压系统的各项技术参数,并对各液压元件进行了选型。试验结果表明:该机工作性能良好,液压系统稳定可靠,3h系统温升53℃、升降油缸压力13.8MPa、下输送机构油缸压力13.1MPa、平台举升用时26s、左右调平用时9s等各项检测值均在设计要求范围内,能够满足使用要求。 In view of the problems of low automation,instability in lifting and leveling process and conveying fruit box.Hydraulic system of orchard picking platform was designed to improve stability in lifting and leveling process and conveying fruit box.The structure and working principle of the platform were analyzed.The composition and principle of hydraulic system were introduced.Through theoretical analysis and calculation,the technical parameters of hydraulic system were determined,and the hydraulic components were selected.The test results showed that the performance of the machine was good,the hydraulic system was stable and reliable,the temperature rose to 53℃after three hours,the pressure of the lifting cylinder was 13.8 MPa,the pressure of the lower conveyor cylinder was 13.1 MPa,platform lifting time was 26s,left and right leveling time was 9s,all test values were within the requirements,use requirements were met.
