五沟煤矿1026工作面开采安全可靠性的研究

摘要 为了研究五沟煤矿1026工作面含水层下采活动对煤层稳定性的影响,利用倾向条带与走向长壁组合的方式进行采煤,系统地分析了五沟煤矿二采区的开采方法和工艺,以及覆岩的移动破坏演化规律;同时,采用FLAC3D模拟软件分别对采动影响下模型竖向应力、剪应力及位移的变化情况进行了模拟分析。研究发现,在工作面连续推进过程中,煤层顶、底板竖向应力和剪应力变化很小,竖向位移较小,不会对工作面的安全开采造成很大影响,表明1026工作面开采是安全可行的。 In order to analysis the influence of mining under aquifer of 1026 working face in Wugou Coal Mine on the stability of coal seam,the combination of inclined strip and strike long walls is used for coal mining.This paper systematically analyzes the mining method and technology of the second mining area of Wugou Coal Mine,and the evolution law of overlying rock movement and failure.What's more,FLAC3D simulation software is used to simulate the changes of vertical stress,shear stress and displacement of the model under the influence of mining.The conclusions are drawn as follows:in the continuous advancing process of the working face,the changes of vertical stress and shear stress of the roof and floor of the coal seam are very small,and the vertical displacement is small,which will not have a great impact on the safe mining of the working face.It is concluded that 1026 working face mining is safe and feasible.
