乙酰基硫代苯甲酰胺的合成及其浮选性能试验研究

摘要 以硫代苯甲酰胺(TBA)、乙酰氯为原料,吡啶为催化剂,在丙酮溶剂中反应合成乙酰基硫代苯甲酰胺(ATBA)捕收剂,采用磁共振氢谱、碳谱,红外光谱和紫外光谱对其结构进行表征,通过对黄铜矿单矿物的浮选考察其浮选性能。结果表明:在矿浆pH=7左右、ATBA浓度5.5×10-5 mol/L条件下,黄铜矿回收率为92.3%,ATBA捕收能力较强;ATBA与黄铜矿作用后,黄铜矿表面的疏水性得到明显改善。密度泛函理论计算(DFT)、红外光谱等分析结果表明,ATBA在黄铜矿表面通过形成Cu—S及Cu—O键化学吸附在黄铜矿表面。 Acetyl thiobenzamide(ATBA)collector was synthesized using thiobenzamide(TBA)and acetyl chloride as reactants and pyridine as catalyst in acetone.ATBA was characterized and determined by 1H NMR,13C NMR,FT-IR and UV spectra.ATBA flotation performance for chalcopyrite was investigated.The results show that ATBA collecting ability for chalcopyriteis better than TBA,the chalcopyrite recovery is 92.3%at pH=7 and ATBA concentration of 5.5×10-5 mol/L.The contact angle of ATBA with chalcopyrite surface is improved obviously.DFT calculations and FT-IR analysis results show that ATBA chemisorbs onto chalcopyrite surface by forming Cu—S and Cu—O bonds.
