从铜阳极泥分铜渣碱浸液中回收碲

摘要 研究了以Na2SO3预还原,Na2S除铅、铜,调pH水解法从铜阳极泥分铜渣超声强化氧化碱浸液中回收碲。结果表明:在Na2SO3用量为理论量的1.0倍、还原时间9 min、还原温度70℃条件下,碲还原率为92.27%;在Na2S添加量为理论量的1.0倍、反应时间10 min、温度60℃条件下,还原液中Pb2+、Cu2+脱除率分别为86.8%、95.7%;除杂液调整pH为4.0左右,在反应时间10 min、反应温度90℃条件下,碲水解为TeO2,水解率达98.44%,所得TeO2粉末纯度为89.69%。 Recovery of tellurium from alkaline leaching solution of copper-separated residue of copper anode slime was studied by means of Na2SO3pre-reduction,Na2S removal of lead and copper,and adjusting pH to hydrolysis.The results show that the reduction rate of tellurium reaches 92.27%under the condition of Na2SO3usage of 1.0 times to theoretical quantity,reduction time of 9 min and reduction temperature of 70℃.The removal rates of Pb2+and Cu2+are 86.8%and 95.7%,respectively,when the dosage of Na2S is 1.0 times of the theoretical dosage,the reaction time is 10 min and the temperature is 60℃.Under the conditions of reaction time of 10 min and reaction temperature of 90℃,tellurium is hydrolyzed to TeO2,the hydrolysis rate reach 98.44%,and the purity of TeO2powder is 89.69%.
