摘要 “一带一路”倡议的实施不仅提升了我国口岸的对外开放水平,而且增加了我国口岸的数量,同时也加剧了我国口岸之间的相互竞争。如何避免口岸间的恶性竞争,建立互利共赢的口岸竞合关系是“一带一路”倡议顺利实施的重要保证之一。理论模型表明,“一带一路”口岸间无序的竞争造成了口岸资源整体性的浪费,营造既竞争又合作的竞合关系是在“一带一路”背景下我国口岸健康发展的重要保证。 With the process of“the Belt and Road”Initiative,great changes have taken place in the port environment in China:Improvement in the level of openness,Increase in number and Intensification of competition.How to avoid the vicious competition and establish a win-win relationship among ports has become a critical factor in the implementation of“the Belt and Road”initiative.The results show that the disorderly competition leads to the waste of port resources and constructing co-opetition relationship is an effective way for port healthy development.
