矿用刮板输送机中部槽磨损的离散元法分析与研究

摘要 为研究矿用刮板输送机在运行过程中其中部槽磨损的影响,通过SolidWorks与3DEC联合构造其离散元实体,同时用3种不同的球体组合方式表示铬矿石离散元模型的几何特性。对运行速度、宽度、刮板间距开展正交仿真,利用SPSS的非线性处理工具获得了中部槽的回归方程。通过Matlab R2014a明确了各因素对中部槽磨损量的影响程度从大到小依次顺序为:刮板间距、运行速度、刮板宽度,并得到运行速度为137mm/s、刮板间距为196mm、刮板宽度为37mm时,中部槽的磨损量最小,为26.41mm。3DEC模拟与试验所得的中部槽磨损量变化趋势相同,说明利用3DEC研究中部槽的磨损量是可行的,为后续的研究提供了基础。 In order to study the wear influence of middle groove of the scraper conveyor in operation process,the discrete element entity was constructed through SolidWorks and 3 DEC.At the same time,three different spherical combinations were used to represent the geometric characteristics of the discrete element model of chromite.The orthogonal simulation of running speed,scraper width and scraper spacing was carried out,and the regression equation of the middle groove was obtained by using the nonlinear processing tool of SPSS.Finally,through MATLAB R2014 a,the influence order of factors on the wear of middle groove is scraper width>running speed>scraper spacing.When the running speed is 137 mm/s,scraper spacing is 196 mm and scraper width is 37 mm,the wear of the middle groove is the minimum of 26.41 mm.The wear amount of the middle groove obtained by 3 DEC simulation has the same trend with that of the test,which shows that using 3 DEC to study the wear amount of the middle groove is feasible.The study provides the basis for the follow-up study.
