微孔膜结合1-MCP对水蜜桃果实品质的影响研究

摘要 以"湖景蜜露"水蜜桃为材料,采用0.03 mm微孔膜、0.03 mm微孔膜结合1-MCP等保鲜包装处理,测定在0℃条件下贮藏30 d的品质变化。结果表明,与对照组相比,微孔膜结合1-MCP在低温条件下可以显著降低水蜜桃果实贮藏期的腐烂率,延缓失重失水,抑制多酚氧化酶活性,更有效地保持果实的硬度、细胞膜稳定性和维C含量。微孔膜结合1-MCP能够延长水蜜桃贮藏期和货架期,在水蜜桃保鲜领域具有应用前景。 Taking"Hujing honeydew"nectarine as experimental material,the quality changes of honey peach stored at 0℃for 30 d were determined by using 0.03 mm microporous membrane,0.03 mm microporous membrane combined with 1-MCP.The results showed that compared with the control group,microporous membrane combined with 1-MCP could significantly reduce the decay rate,delay the weight loss and water loss,inhibit the activity of polyphenol oxidase,and more effectively maintain the fruit hardness,cell membrane stability and VC content.It plays a good role in keeping fresh and prolonging the storage period and shelf life.
