新型城镇化背景下交通系统与城市系统耦合发展研究--以西部地区为例

摘要 交通在新型城镇化展过程中起着至关重要的作用,科学分析交通与城市发展之间的协调程度十分重要。以西部地区为例,构建交通系统和城市系统两个指标体系,结合耦合协调度模型分别从时间和空间维度对两系统的发展进行分析。结果表明:西部地区耦合协调度在2008—2017年不断上升,但上升速度减缓,未来城市系统的发展将超越交通系统,交通建设会成为未来西部地区新型城镇化发展的重点。西部地区两系统发展不均衡,呈现出南强北弱、东快西慢的发展特点,西部地区整体发展勉强协调,但西北多数地区仍处于发展不协调状态,缩小地区内部区域间发展差距是提高新型城镇化发展质量的重要措施。 Transportation plays a vital role in the development of new urbanization,so it is important to scientifically analyze the degree of coordination between them.Taking the western region as a case,this paper constructs two index systems of traffic system and urban system,and analyzes their development combined with the coupling coordination degree model from time dimension and space dimension respectively.The result shows that the coordination degree of the western region has been rising in 2008—2017,but the speed slowing down.Urban system development will surpass the traffic system development,and the traffic construction will be the future developing focus of the new urbanization development in the western region.The development of the two systems in the western region is uneven,showing the characteristics of development are weak south,strong north,and fast east and slow west.The overall development of the western region is barely coordinated,but most of the northwestern regions are still in a state of uncoordinated development.Narrowing the development gap between regions is an important measure to improve the development quality of new urbanization.
