In order to further improve the traffic control efficiency of urban intersections,it proposes to set the pre-signals at intersections.Using the waiting area between pre-signal double stop lines to reorganize and allocate the traffic flow at the entrance of the intersection can improve the utilization efficiency of the space resource at the entrance of the intersection and reduce vehicle delays.based on this, taking the social vehicle as the research object, this paper presents different moving vehicles in the intersection of shunt,by distributing the driveway combined with line length calculation, comparing the different lane’s changing layout form of invalid area, choosing the most efficient pre-signal,and optimizing the model of waiting area length calculation according to the lane-changing of vehicles. Finally,Vissim is used for simulation verification.By comparing with the number of vehicles, vehicle delays, travel time, number of stops and other indicators at the intersection before and after the pre-signal setting and the pre-signal stop line optimization, this paper verifies the effectiveness of the pre-signal stop line setting method.
