摘要 当前,我国社会发展迅速,市场形势多变,同时,国家经济水平处于不断提升的状态之中。由此,纪检监察工作面临越来越多、越来越高的要求,相关的工作组织也面临全新的挑战,需要突破传统体制的束缚,对符合时代发展的新制度进行制定和完善,提升人力资源的利用率,强化人力资源管理与纪检监察工作的融合。 At present,China's society is developing rapidly,the market situation is volatile,and at the same time,the national economic level is in a state of continuous improvement.Therefore,disciplinary inspection and supervision work is facing more and more and higher requirements,and relevant work organizations are facing new challenges.They need to break through the shackles of traditional systems,formulate and improve new systems that are in line with the development of the times,improve the utilization of human resources,and strengthen the integration of human resources management and disciplinary inspection and supervision work.
