摘要 针对单个角反射器实现海上舰船目标上半球空间RCS模拟使用需求,设计了一种适用于船载条件下角反射器安装的伺服平台。为避免加装的角反射器反射面发生形变,提出了开放式地平结构设计方法,以托盘的方式完成角反射器安装;为满足伺服平台定位精度设计要求,开展了风载荷条件下轴系有限元分析,完成了精度计算;基于蜗杆副固有误差和装置引起的空回误差,完成了传动链方法设计及精度分析。结果表明,该设计平台满足角反射器加装并实现海上稳定指向使用要求。 A servo platform is designed to simulation the use of RCS on the upper hemisphere of a ship target by a single corner reflector.In order to avoid the deformation of the reflective surface,an open floor structure design method is proposed to install the corner reflector by means of a tray.In order to meet the positioning accuracy design requirements of the servo platform,the finite element analysis of shafting under wind load is carried out and the precision calculation is completed.based on the inherent error of worm pair and the space return error caused by the device,the transmission chain method design and precision analysis are completed.The results show that the designed platform can meet the requirements of installing the corner reflector and realizing the stable pointing operation at sea.
