摘要 根据速度350 km/h双层动车组动车的平断面特点,分析了其对噪声传播和控制的影响,提出下层客室地板、牵引变流器间为降噪设计重点区域,同时上层地板需开展撞击声隔声优化设计,以避免上层人员走动对下层乘客舒适性的影响。针对这些降噪需求,从车体型材声学断面优化、阻尼结构、变流器间吸隔声设计、上层地板减振等方面进行了降噪设计和整车噪声仿真,实现了预期控制目标。 According to the plane section characteristics of 350 km/h double deck EMU,its influence on noise transmission and control is analyzed.It is proposed that the floor of lower passenger compartment and traction converter room are the key areas of noise reduction design.Meanwhile,the upper floor needs to carry out the optimization design of impact sound insulation,so as to avoid the impact of upper level personnel walking on the comfort of lower level passengers.Aiming at these noise reduction requirements,noise reduction design and vehicle noise simulation are carried out from the aspects of acoustic section optimization of car body profile,damping structure,sound absorption and sound insulation design between converters,and vibration reduction of upper floor.
