摘要 提出了在实体火灾实验中热电偶支架结构的设计要素,其中包括结构稳定性、通用性、便携性、耐火性能。对热电偶支架结构稳定性进行了理论分析并使用ABAQUS数值模拟进行了理论验证。随后,基于各个性能应满足的要求,对设计出的一款新型热电偶支架与其他4种不同的热电偶支架进行了对比。最终,这款新型热电偶支架脱颖而出并在全尺寸火灾实体实验中得到了成功的应用。 The design elements of thermocouple bracket structure in full-scale practical fire test were proposed,including structural stability,versatility,portability and fire-resistance.The theoretical analysis of the structural stability of thermocouple brackets was given and verified by ABAQUS numerical simulation.Then,based on the requirements of each performance,the designed new thermocouple bracket was compared with other four different thermocouple brackets.Finally,this new thermocouple bracket stood out and has been successfully applied in the full-scale practical fire test.
