数据挖掘视角下的征信信息安全行为监测框架及应用研究

Research on the Monitoring framework and Application of Credit Information Security Behavior from the Perspective of Data Mining 

摘要： 近年来，侵犯公民个人征信信息的案件频发，众多银行“内鬼”成为案发源头，凸显接入机构征信信息安全行为风险。本文按照习近平总书记关于防风险和管住人的指示，在征信日常监管数据的基础上，利用大数据挖掘技术，构建识别风险行为的系列指标，并尝试进行应用研究，为征信信息安全风险早发现、早处置打好理论基础。

Abstract: In recent years, cases of infringement of citizens personal credit information have been frequent, and many banks ‘inner ghosts’ have become the source of the case, highlighting the risk of information security behavior of access agencies. In accordance with the instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on risk prevention and management, based on the daily supervision data of credit information, this paper uses big data mining technology to construct a series of indicators to identify risk behaviors, and attempts to apply research for the safety of credit information. Early detection and early disposal of risk lay a good theoretical foundation.
