地方高校学科生态困境及系统优化路径研究

摘要 从生态学的视角来看,学科是一个独特的生态系统。生态学理论为学科建设和发展提供了一种新的观照。从当下现实发展境遇来看,地方高校学科面临着生态定位不够准确、优秀人才短缺、价值取向错位、存在无序竞争等问题。优化地方高校学科生态系统,要在厘清地方高校学科生态层次及其机理关系的基础上,找准学科生态定位,构建特色学科生态群落;引育学科优秀人才,打造一流学科梯队结构;扭转功利发展趋向,重建学科良性发展生态;创优学科生态环境,形成学科发展后发优势。 In the perspective of ecology,discipline is a unique ecosystem.Ecological theory provides a new perspective for discipline construction and development.From the current development situation,local universities are faced with problems such as inaccurate ecological positioning,shortage of excellent talents,dislocation of value orientation and disorderly competition in the discipline construction.In order to optimize the discipline ecosystem of local universities,we should find out the discipline ecological positioning to construct the characteristic ecological discipline community on the basis of clarifying the ecological discipline level and mechanism relationship of local universities,introduce excellent talents to build the first-class discipline echelon structure,change the trend of utilitarian development to rebuild the benign development ecology of disciplines,and create the excellent ecological discipline environment to form the excellent discipline with post-development advantages.
