高职院校混合式教学存在的问题与对策

摘要 当前,高职院校混合式教学存在线上教学资源配置不合理、在线交流活动不足、线上活动和线下活动融合程度偏低、学生的主体作用没有得到充分发挥等问题。高职院校混合式教学要在以下几个方面作出改进:加强混合式教学网络和硬件设施建设,建立混合式教学的评价和激励机制,加强教师开展混合式教学的培训,改进线上教学资源建设和在线交流活动,提高线上教学活动和线下教学活动的融合度,引导学生充分发挥主体作用。 At present,there are some problems in blended teaching in vocational colleges,such as unreasonable allocation of online teaching resources,insufficient online communication activities,low integration of online and offline activities,and students’subject role which has not been fully played.The blended teaching in vocational colleges should be improved in such following aspects as strengthening the constmction of blended teaching network and hardware facilities,establishing the evaluation and incentive mechanism of blended teaching,strengthening the training of teachers in blended teaching,improving the construction of online teaching resources and online communication activities,perfecting the integration of online and offline teaching activities,and guiding students to give full play to the subject role.
