论教育惩戒的风险及规避——从教师“不敢惩”现象说起

摘要 惩戒是教育活动不可或缺的部分,但当下教师"不敢惩"现象越来越严重,甚至成为了学校教育中的一种怪象。惩戒的教育价值在于让学生适应社会化生活,获得品德发展的自主能力,最终获得身心全面协调发展。随着风险在社会领域的拓殖,教育惩戒行为也带有了强烈的"风险"特征,表现为:教育惩戒行为的复杂性伴生风险,惩戒后果难以预料,惩戒责任主体缺失,惩戒后果的个体承受。从治理角度来看,应提高教育惩戒行为的风险感知阀限,促进多元主体的理解与共识,形成多元主体参与的治理格局,建立制度化治理体系。 Punishment is an indispensable part of educational activities,but at present,the phenomenon of teachers"dare not punish"is becoming increasingly fierce,which has become a strange phenomenon of school education.The educational value of punishment lies in enabling students adapt to social life,acquire the independent ability of moral development,and finally obtain the overall and coordinated development of body and mind.With the colonization of risk in the social field,educational disciplinary behavior also has a strong"risk"characteristics,which is manifested as:the complexity of educational punishment behavior isassociated with risk,the consequences of punishment are unpredictable,the subject of punishment responsibility is missing,and the individual bears the consequences of punishment.From the perspective of governance,we should improve the risk perception threshold of educational punishment behavior,promote the understanding and consensus of multiple subjects,form a governance pattern with multiple subjects participating,and establish an institutionalized governance system.
