示范性职教集团特征分析与发展路径——基于全国第一批示范性职教集团(联盟)培育单位的分析

摘要建设示范性职业教育集团(联盟),是新时代我国职业教育领域深化产教融合、校企合作的重要推手,示范效果初步显现。通过分析全国第一批示范性职教集团(联盟)培育单位的结构特征和地域特征发现,存在面向重点和支柱产业偏少,与产业对应性不强,区域、省域分布不均,企业参与积极性不高等问题。未来示范性职教集团(联盟)建设应精准定位服务面向,加强与产业协同耦合发展,进一步平衡不同区域和产业,充分发挥企业重要主体作用。In the new era of Chinese vocational education,the construction of the Demonstrative Vocational Education Group(Alliance)is one of important tools to deepening the integration of industry and education as well as the cooperation between schools and enterprises,and its demonstration effects have been appeared initially.Analysis on the structural and regional characteristic of the first batch of National Vocational Education Group(Alliance)cultivation units,we can find that there are still problems,such as less of groups pointing to key and pillar industries,less relevant to industry,uneven distribution among regions and provinces,and lack of enthusiasm for enterprise participation.In the future,it is necessary to accurately position service orientation,strengthen collaborative and coupling development with industries,further balance different regions and industries,and give full play to the important role of enterprises as the main body.
