摘要 为指导山西省玉米品种的选育工作,试验采用牙签接种法,对2011—2018年的1578份山西省区试材料进行了穗腐病人工接种抗性鉴定。结果表明,在抗性结构方面,1578份玉米材料中,抗穗腐病材料有1390份,占全部材料的88.09%;复播材料中抗及以上材料占该类型材料比例最高,为93.91%;特早熟和中晚熟材料次之,早熟材料最低,占比为77.47%。在抗性动态方面,不同类型材料均表现为:高抗和抗材料占比逐年上升,中抗、感和高感材料的占比逐年降低。在山西省玉米抗穗腐病育种中,应加强早熟类型材料抗性选育,同时合理布局玉米材料,以稳定材料高抗和抗的抗性。 To guide the selection and breeding of maize varieties in Shanxi province,the toothpick inoculation method was used to identify the resistance of ear rot of 1578 Shanxi regional trial meterials from 2011 to 2018.The results showed that in the aspect of resistance structure,1390 of 1578 maize materials were resistant to ear rot,accounting for 88.09%of all materials.And with resistance above moderate resistance,the proportion of resistant materials in the replanting materials was the highest,accounted for 93.91%,followed by extra-early and mid-late maturing materials,the early maturing materials was the least,accounted for 77.47%.In terms of resistance dynamics,the proportion of high resistance and resistance increased year by year for different types of materials,the proportion of moderate resistance,sense and high sense materials decreased year by year.In the breeding of maize resistance to ear rot in Shanxi province,we should strengthen the selection and breeding of early maturing materials,and rationally arrange the distribution of maize materials to stabilize the resistance of high resistance and resistance of the materials.
