职业教育需要怎样的“好”老师?——读卢梭《爱弥儿》的启示

摘要 职业教育发展需要建设“双师型”教师队伍,从理论上探讨何谓职业教育所需“好”老师的职业素养有利于构建“双师型”教师的评价标准。卢梭在《爱弥儿》中赋予“好”老师特定的品质和能力,这有利于启发思考职业教育所需“好”老师的角色特征。就职业道德、知识素养和实践能力而言,职业教育所需的“好”老师应对教育事业怀有热情,具备高尚品行、以身作则,并能够理解和尊重学生;需具备精深的专业知识、教育教学知识和自我发展知识的知识结构;以及在实践中能够明确教育目标、精选教授内容和匹配教学方法。 The development of vocational education needs to build a team of"dual-qualified"teachers,and a theoretical discussion on the professional quality of"good"teachers required by vocational education is conducive to the construction of the evaluation criteria of"double-qualified"teachers.Rousseau endows"good"teachers with specific qualities and abilities in Emile,which is helpful to inspire and think about the role characteristics of"good"teachers required by vocational education.In terms of professional ethics,the"good"teachers needed in vocational education should have enthusiasm for education and noble conduct,lead others by their own behaviors,as well as understand and respect students.In terms of knowledge literacy,their knowledge structure should be made up of profound professional knowledge,knowledge of education and teaching and knowledge of self-development.In terms of practical ability,they should be able to define educational objectives,select teaching contents and match appropriate teaching methods in practice.
