摘要 儒家认为,乐是一种以仁德为内在根据的,具有象德性、和同性、同乐性特征的综合艺术活动,这种乐不仅是道德教化的手段,也是治国善政的工具。朝鲜强调,劳动党的音乐政治是以主体音乐艺术为媒介,突出大众性、通俗性、多样性、感召性,在情感情绪上有力支撑政治,推动革命和建设发展的新型的政治方式。这种音乐政治不仅是思想斗争武器,而且是建设社会主义强盛国家的政治手段。可以说,儒家乐论和朝鲜音乐政治在道德教化、政治功效、音乐制作、实施途径、排斥对象等方面,具有密切的关联性。对这个问题的正确认识,不仅有利于我们准确把握支撑朝鲜体制的文化体系的构建逻辑和组织框架,而且有利于我们将儒家的乐作为突破口,努力寻找儒家文化的原型,掌握其精髓和真谛,积极探索一条儒家文化当代复兴的合理可行的路径。 According to Confucianism,music is a means of moral education and a tool of good governance as well.DPRK stresses that the music politics of the Workers’Party is a new political way that strongly supports politics in emotion and promotes the development of socialist revolution and construction.Confucian music theory and Korean music politics are closely related in moral education,political effect,music production,way of implementation and exclusive objects.Correct understanding of the relationship not only benefits a good command of the logic and organization framework of DPRK’s cultural system,but also is a reasonable and feasible route to find the prototype of Confucian culture,to grasp its essence and true meaning,and to actively explore a contemporary rejuvenation of Confucian culture.
