应用型本科人才培养定位与保障

摘要 对应用型本科人才培养相关概念的厘清,在对人才分类理论、应用型人才职能的变迁、我国人才分类需求结构分析的基础上,得出应用型本科人才培养的定位目标可归为以下几点:“以服务为需求,以就业为导向”的专业化人才;在知识维度,实践维度,社会维度全面发展的复合型人才;适应力强、爱岗敬业的高端技能型人才以及独具区域特色,联动企业发展的国际化人才。故建设我国应用型人才培养保障体系,需依托国家政策保障,完善地方政府区域性配套措施;构建以国家财政为主,企业资助为辅的多元化投入机制;规划学校师资,落实双师型教师成长机制;加强实践与应用,校企双方共同育人。 based on the clarification of relevant concepts in the cultivation of applied undergraduate talents,the analysis of the theory of talents classification,the changes in the functions of applied talents,and the structure of demand for talents classification of the country,the paper concludes that the positioning objectives of the training of applied undergraduate talents can be classified as follows:professional talents"with service as demand and employment as orientation";compound talents with comprehensive development in the dimensions of knowledge,practice,and society;high-end skilled talents with strong adaptability and dedication,and the international talents with unique regional characteristics and linkage with the development of enterprises.Therefore,to build the safeguard system of the training of applied talents in China,it is necessary to rely on the national policy to improve the regional supporting measures of local governments,build a diversified investment mechanism based on national finance and supplemented by enterprise funding;plan the school teachers and implement the growth mechanism of the dual-qualified teachers;strengthen the practice and application,and ensure both schools and enterprises to jointly educate students.
