高校在线教学的历史演进与中国经验

摘要 在线教学是现代远程教育的新形态,是信息技术与教育教学之间深度融合的集中体现。新冠疫情防控常态化背景下,在线教学成为全球高等教育改革的又一重大时代课题,需要全人类共同审思与应对。每一次教学方式的演进都不是偶然的,对比在线教学与线下教学的变化特征,着力把握学习时空、应用技术、媒体资源、组织主体、学生体验和过程评价等方面的变化;从现实和理论的多重视角,论证在线教学的“三变两诉求”变革逻辑;依循“教学观念更新—教育技术应用—师生角色转换—教学服务支撑—市场供给选择”的演进要素,逐步探索出一条符合中国国情的在线教学发展之路。在倡导和践行人类命运共同体理念的基本思路下,既为世界各国高校提供了可资借鉴的中国经验和模式选择,又不断为促进全球高等教育教学与重大公共事件治理带来理论效应与实践效能。 online teaching is a new form of modern distance education,which embodies the deep integration of Internet technology and teaching.Under the background of the normalization of epidemic prevention and control,online teaching has become another major era topic of global higher education reform,which needs the common consideration and response of all mankind.The evolution of each teaching method is not accidental.By comparing the change characteristics of online teaching and offline teaching,we should focus on grasping the changes in learning space-time,application technology,multi-media resources,organization subject,student experience and process evaluation;from the multiple perspectives of reality and theory,it demonstrates the evolution logic of online teaching“three changes and two demands”;it follows the“teaching concept renewal teaching”The application of educational technology,the transformation of teachers’role,the support of teaching service and the choice of market supply will gradually explore a way of online teaching development in line with China’s national conditions.Under the basic idea of advocating and practicing the concept of a community of shared future for mankind,it not only provides colleges and universities around the world with Chinese experience and mode selection,but also brings theoretical and practical effects to promote global higher education teaching and governance of major public events.
